For the past 13 years, there has been very little time that Andrew Smith hasn’t been racing. Starting with his first kart championship at age 8, there have been many special milestones on his journey. Career highlights include his first Legends win coming in his first start of his first season (made even more amazing by the fact that he drove the race with a broken arm), winning three consecutive track championships at the Hardeeville Motor Speedway in 2003, 2004, and 2005, racking up a 13-race winning streak at the Watermelon Capital Speedway, and of course, bringing home the hardware as the 2008 INEX RaceCeiver Legends Pro National Champion. Along the way, he also managed to win the first two road course races that he entered (in a late model stock car), win the first dirt track race he ever entered in a car he built himself, and begin his studies at Armstrong Atlantic State University. "Of course, I would like to one day be able to race at the highest levels of NASCAR, just as I imagine everyone else in the program wants to do. I don’t really know what to expect from the program, but I know that I want to have fun with it and take advantage of any opportunities that it may bring. Because of Humpy’s Heroes, I have already been able to spend time with some smart, successful people and to do things that I otherwise may not have had the opportunity to do. In that sense, it has already been a success." Name: Andrew Blake Smith
